Sam Everson is a commercial real estate advisor at JLL in Cleveland, specializing in the leasing and selling of industrial, flex and office properties.

Sam possesses a strong understanding of the Greater Cleveland industrial real estate market. Whether you’re looking to sell, lease or buy commercial real estate, Sam is able to share his insights and successfully execute your sale or lease transaction.

Sam grew up in Northeast Ohio and loves all things Cleveland. He is a graduate of Miami University where he studied finance and accounting.

Outside of work, you can catch Sam snowboarding at Boston Mills, wakeboarding on Lake Erie, or walking along the lakefront at Edgewater Park with friends and family.
